Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

Welcome to SAIL. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SAIL website and services (the "Service"), operated by Deniz Okyay as an individual, based in Virginia, United States. By creating an account or using SAIL, you agree to these Terms.

SAIL is currently a free beta. The Service is provided at no cost while we gather feedback and improve it. Features may change, break, or be removed during this period.

Who Can Use SAIL

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you may use SAIL only with the knowledge and permission of a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for supervising your use of the Service. By using SAIL, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Your Account

What SAIL Provides — and Its Limits

SAIL offers college tennis recruiting guidance, including school matching, scholarship estimates, an AI advisor, and tools to help you contact coaches. This guidance is informational only.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access other users' accounts, scrape or copy data at scale, or use SAIL for any unlawful purpose.

Content and Communications You Create

SAIL can help you draft emails to coaches. You are responsible for reviewing and sending those communications yourself, and for ensuring they are accurate and appropriate. SAIL does not send messages to coaches on your behalf without your action.

Service Availability

Because SAIL is in beta, we do not guarantee that the Service will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that results obtained from it will be accurate or reliable.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SAIL and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, or for decisions you make based on information provided by the Service.

Termination

You may stop using SAIL and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as SAIL develops. When we do, we will revise the date above and, for significant changes, notify beta users.
